Travelocity has the worst customer service ever! I called them after I booked a trip because the prices were lower and they refused to give me an adjustment stating that I should have filled out a form within 24 hours of booking the trip. I told them that I was not informed of this at the time of booking and the supervisor told me that it is not their responsibility to inform me. I thought that good customer service was to inform your customers about how they can receive lower prices! They said that they were going to call me back about my trip within 72 hours, they didn't call me back for 4 days! Then when I got to my resort, 2 out of the 3 rooms were not booked at the resort. We had to wait a long time for the resort to confirm that we had a reservation. I will NEVER book with travelocity again! Their employees are not friendly and I have never been treated like this before. I don't think that people should use them because they are a rip off. They made extra money from me when they could have given me a lower price
