Bait and switch just to get your business! Very shady dishonest! Internet

I made reservations for 11 adults at Atlantis resort through Travelocity. We booked 3 rooms at the Royal Towers and was quoted 320.00 per nite plus taxes, etc.

I called the Atlantis Resort to make dinner reservations but was not able to because they had only 6 guests being registered. Upon several attempts to get Travelocity to correct this, the picture just got worse! They changed my 3 rooms from Royal Tower to the Coral and raised the rate to 460.00 on one of the rooms.

After hours and hours of being on hold/calling back, I found that they still had not called all 11 names to Atlantis and then I was stunned to find (by calling Atlantis Resort) that now I only had 2 rooms for the 11 travelers, instead of 3!! Of course they were all sold out. So now what! (Airline all booked, etc).

After 3 long distance calls to the Atlantis Resort, I still could not book any dinner reservations, ever worse I could not even stay there because Travelocity could not get me my room back! They could not explain how it happened, though the Supervisor did see that the original reservations were as I mentioned above! He was quick to offer us someplace else to stay! If you want to go to Disney World, you don't stay at the Ranch!

These people were very insincere and did this to increase their booking! No wonder you hear about travelers going to Atlantis and getting irate because their room is not available! It is not the hotel, it is con artist like Travelocity! Had I not called directly to the hotel, we too, would have been unhappy campers in Paradise Isand! All 11 of us!!!
