Do not use orbitz

I was very disturbed to find out that after inputting my debit card number, Orbitz charged my debit card but did book my travel plans. When calling them directly, their customer service said that it is a flaw in their system! They could not accept debit only but held the funds up so that I could not book elsewhere! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. After discussing with friends, it is a common occurence!!
