Orbitz Sucks! - Orbitz customer service

Be careful and do not book anything through Orbitz. If anything goes wrong their customer service means transferring you all over the world. We were on the phone for 4 hours and they did not help us at all. We booked through Orbitz a room with jacuzzi for our first wedding anniversary and they canceled our reservation day before. Happy anniversary to us!!!
