Worst Website and Customer service ever - International flights from USA

I tried to book international tickets through orbitz.com. I did not get any confirmation page or confirmation email but the amount of 3295 was deducted from my Debit card. Later I found that the reservation was not made. I was not informed through email or phone that the reservation was not done. Now they say that it would take 3-5 business days to get the amount back.
I would say that orbitz.com is worst travel website I have ever seen. Never book any thing from Orbitz.com
