Ripoff - Over charged and refused refund

I made a hotel reservation through Orbitz for a Days Inn in Torrey, UT for April 2. Orbitz charged my debit card $82. I arrived at the hotel to find the room only cost $56. Orbitz has refused to refund the difference. I don't know if this is an isolated event or part of a pattern.
