Don't book ith orbitz

We used orbitz to book our trip to mexico last month. It was suppose to include transportation to and from the airport but when we got to the airport we had to pay the driver an additional $70 us before we could leave the airport because orbitz had us in the wrong hotel zone. We also had to sit in the van at the airport for almost an hour before we left. On the orbitz website there is a guarantee of 15 minutes waiting time at the airport. Anything over that you get a refund. When we called orbitz we were told that it was all of our own fault because we didn't call them to verify our travel information. Why book online if you have to call them anyway. We got absolutely no compensation for the time and extra money it cost us. I will never use orbitz again...
