Holland America
Ripoff sent luggagge to different location

We sailed on the Westerdam from Copenhagen to Harwich from the 24th june and arrived Harwich on the 6th july.- (Cabin 5069)

From Harwich we booked a bus, through Holland America, directly to Heathrow Airport.

The scene on the ground in Harwich was a mess and very inefficient. We were told to place our luggage in a van and to board the bus.

When the bus arrived Heathrow, terminal one, there was no sign of the van or our luggage. We nearly missed our flight because all the luggage was delivered to terminal three and left there.
