Fraudlent, Probably non existent and probably living only off dishonest earnings

On August 12 I reserved a room (via internet) for two nights at Hotel Mister Bed Bethune Beuvry France from Sept 9 - Sept 11. My Visa account was debited on Sept 1 for US$167.46. The understanding was that the room could be cancelled up to 72 hours before Sept 8. I called Cheapestdeals (1 800 600 6333) on Sept 3 and advised that I wished to cancel the accomodation, I was advised by the operator that this was o. K and there would be "no charge", bear in mind that my account had already been debited for the full amount unknown to me. On returning to Australia in early October I noticed the charge on my Visa account and immediately called Cheapestdeals, unfortunately I only received recorded messages. I then resorted to Emails but only received a computor generated reply from "The Support team'.in November I contacted Visa who suggested I contact Cheapestdeals again and also sent a Customer Dispute form which was forwarded to Visa on Dec 29. Visa responded by saying that the claim was too old and they rejected it, I responded to the manager of the department concerned but was ignored. I also wrote, faxed and emailed the hotel in France and was also ignored, my last two emails (one week ago) were both returned. After noticing the large amount of problems similar to mine on the Web I am just adding mine to the list. Surely there must be someone or some organisation in the U.S. Who can jump on Cheapestdeals for fraud as they stiil seem to be operating.
