Doug Walker complaint - rip off on sealed box

We were on vacation in Harwich Ma and happened upon Harwich Pet Supply, they sold us a Zilla Deluxe bearded Dragon kit. Since we were travelling we asked them to please package it back in its box and we would pick up Saturday. We picked up on Saturday and Zilla kit box was loaded and well sealed -THE PROBLEMS:

They said a bulb was missing so they replaced it... When we opened the box it turned out to be a cheaper version of what was suppose to be in the kit and it didn't fit the kit (You would have to set the lightbulb directly on the screen because it was too big for the lamp receptor)
They also didn't include the temperature/humidity instrument - only a temperature one. When we brought this to Doug's attention he emailed back that he was sorry we were having trouble with our kit (Yes - the sealed one that they told us was Zilla but ended up being something else - unbelievable) and the only remedy he offered was that we could stop in and pick up 13 watt bulb when we were in the area and when they came in and that it should fit the kit. Problem is, it is suppose to be a Zilla 20 watt bulb and the humidity part was missing as well.BY the way - we priced out at Petco and bulb was $40 - how convenient for Harwich Pet Supply that it went missing.

I do not think it is legal to sell a 'boxed kit' with items other than represented and will investigate further. Speaking with Zilla who has been VERY kind and HONEST. Stay away from harwich pet supply!!
