I'd among the toughest Customer Support coping with a Hotels.com worker today. Hotels.com must really consider placing their workers through KINDNESS instruction. Our resort was over-booked and that I was handed the incorrect quantity to contact, and so I named them to correct it out. I had been disconnected twice and lastly the woman who got my phone was excessively rude and that I can hardly comprehend her! She served as though it had been my problem that my hotel was overbooked. Once they left me a voicemail using the wrong-number in addition they mentioned they might discover me another resort WITHOUT ANY extra-cost in my experience, that DID NOT occur. They explained since I have employed a discount I really could just obtain a reimbursement or I'd need to spend the distinction. All due to a discount you'renot likely to bring your end-of the offer? Which makes no sense. Additionally they billed me $138.90 but just returned me $138.57. I told this towards the woman and he or she served enjoy it was my issue not hers.
