I was not sure I had made a reservation correctly with priceline.com since I had not received a comfirmation so I called the motel and they did not show a reservation. I called again about a week later, the day before my trip, still no reservation. I then booked my room for two nights with the motel. Asked again when I checked in, nothing from priceline.com. Got my credit card bill this month and there is a charge for two nights stay!!! Called the moteland they said I would have to call priceline.com&well lots of luck with that since I find no number for customer service and e-mails go unanswered. What is a person to do? One thing I will do is refuse to ever use priceline.com for anything.
