Poor customer service

I arranged a reservation through hotels.com that claims it's a cost match guarentee. After I discovered a diminished price at another site I named to inform them about this and also have them complement this cost. They rudely declined to do this and maintained saying "We"ll simply stop your reservation for you personally." Some price-match guarentee. There's NO guarentee below! I had been continued the telephone to get a very long time as the broker spoke to her immediate employer. She was rude, argumentative and flat out lied in my experience many times during our discussion. She actually declined to provide her immediate employers title, saying I actually donot possess a chef below when actually I noticed her speaking in Spanish to him within the history. They hung-up on me many times and maintained looking to get gone me in the place of coordinating the cost I came across. This procedure is just a laugh! DON'T utilize hotels.com for almost any of one's vacation requirements. You'll be really discouraged and scammed by their lies and failure (or unwillingness) to check out through on the guarantees!
