Horrible customer service complaint review

The "price match guarentee" on hotels.com is no guarentee. I found the same hotel at a cheaper price and they are supposed to match it. The agent said they couldn't because it was below market value. She flat-out lied to me twice during our conversation and refused to furnish her bosses name. The price match guarentee is a lie - there is no satisfaction here or matching. They will simply refuse to match. What a frustration! I will never again use this service for my travel needs.
