Misleading advertising and no refund policy

I read a previous report about Meet Market Adventures at Toronto submitted at January. My situation was very similar. I am a victim of false and misleading advertisement of the same company. They have a no refund policy - no refund, no offer of a discount on another event, nothing. I contacted the company by email asking for refund, and was threatened by the same person Travis Hartley.
