Outdoors Adventures is a scam!

I was promised so many wonderful things with OUTDOORS ADVENTURES, only to be extremely disappointed. The costs for this 'deal' is ridiculous—OVER $8000.00—and, again, this was suppose to be a 'deal'. Not only do you pay $8000.00 or even more, but then you have to pay a yearly fee of $348.00! For what? Never any availability, and if there is availability, it is a complete and total disaster: Dirty rooms, broken items, smelly, and the most rude people I have ever met! They won't let you out of this 'deal' for anything. OUTDOORS ADVENTURES say that this is an 'investment'. I say they are a SCAM. I feel with all my heart that&OUTDOORS ADVENTURES is a SCAM!!!
