In February, I sent Jeff Lind a $500 down payment via paypal for a June Rolling Stones Tribute Cruise to Bermuda. Jeff was not able to fill the minimum number of people and the cruise was cancelled. At first he told me, that there was a problem and that Paypal would be making a refund. Paypal only will investigate during the first 6 months. After 6 months, he stopped responding and I have never received my refund. I know 2 other people that have been scammed. I was able to get paypal to close his account but he still takes deposits by credit card.
