I was supposed to go to an engagement party in Chicago. So I purchased tickets. Someone is very ill and so they have to postpone the engagement. Travelocity refuses to waive the fees. I do not have control over this. The person is not dead so I can't get a death certificate. Even that is bad, To ask someone for a death certificate? This is ridiculous. I have spoken to over 10 people at Travelocity and NO ONE can help me. I've spoken to managers, supervisors. Everyone their is incompetent. I was fine with receiving a credit from them and using it later but then they charge a fee. So they will make money on this flight I can not go to and the next one I book through them. I can honestly say I will never use Travelocity again for anything. They are horrible and do not offer any customer service.
