I arranged two seats through Travelocity from LA to Acapulco. They place us on Mexicana which eventually went broke. After I named and sent Travelocity to obtain a reimbursement I had been informed "misfortune, you've to complete it-yourself using the flight. I reserved with travelocity, travelocity required my money. Today I've to get my own personal reimbursement. Does not appear moral in my experience??? G Brown, glynis1999@yahoo.com
