To whom it may concern,

I purchased a plane ticket on February 5, Jet Blue charged twice the amount on my debit card (364.20 364.20) (Cash) by mistake.

I called Jet Blue on 2/15/10 aprox. They said that the money will take from 7-10 days to receive it back in my checking account.

I checked my account yesterday, It shows $127.10 back in my account on March 1st. I called Jet Blue yesterday, after one hour of waiting on the phone, the customer service representative said that they will reimburse the rest of the money in a couples of days.

I called Jet Blue tonight again, and had my husband speak with a supervisor because I still haven't received my money and was too mad to talk to a rep. Again.

The supervisor told him that her computer records show that they sent $230.05 on March 1st and $15.00 (booking fee) to my account back on 2/17/10. I have not received any money in my account other than $127.10.

It is ridiculous that a company like JET BLUE charged me twice, more than $700.00 by mistake and that they are sending my money to my account in installments when they took my money in one payment.

The supervisor apoligized to my husband, but that doesn't help us pay the bills for the past month. $364.20 is a lot of money to us and was not in our budget.

As far as I can see, Jet Blue has been holding my money hostage for the past month for their mistake. We are frequent flyers, and are very dissapointed with Jet Blue.

I would like to hear from someone that can help me in this matter. Right now, an apology, just doesnt cut it.
