I reserved a flight for my husband and I over the phone by your ticket agent and they assigned us seats but when your new reservations system went into effect it wiped out our seats. Now I'm told I will have to pay for seats that have more leg room. We called and they said they could do nothing we would have to talk to a supervisor. The first call took over 40 minutes and we are now waiting over 60 minutes for a supervisor and it is still saying 55 min wait. This is the most horrible service I have ever had from a company. Yes it would be easier to just buy the seats but now it is the principle that it would be a lovely dinner for the both of us and we have to spend it on JET BLUE's screw up. I will NEVER fly jet blue again. The last time we flew with them they lost our bags and didn't get them back for 5 days. Good Bye Jet Blue...
