I purchased 8 tickets extra leg room from jfk to nassau. 6 of us were leaving sept. 29 and the other 2 on sept 30. I purchased the tickets very early so the I could the extra room seats only to find out that jet blue changed equipment. I was not notified immediately.By the time I realized what happened, we were assigned seats all the way in the back of the plane. We are traveling with 2 small children. We finally got our seats aisle 12,15, 18 respectively. I am not happy at all. I think that jet blue certainly should have taken care of the previous ticketed clients before assigning the rest of the seats on the plane. I certainly would like to hear from jet blue to tell me how i got into this situation. If I didn't have hotel reservations, I would have cancelled the flights and would not fly jet blue again.
