I reserved a car thru priceline for at DCA airport. The reservation confirmed with Hertz. When I arrived at Hertz, they told me that Priceline did not send all the information for the reservation so they could not print the contract. I call customer service who then connected me to customer relations who eventually hung up on me. I call again, spoke to customer service and customer relations again. After almost an hour of talking to different people, I spoke with Mary #5260277 who basically said that there is nothing she would do but cancel my reservation. I would need to find a car on my own. Appaerently this had been happening all day to Priceline customers. Mary told me that she would not anything for me and said that I was to find a car on my own and pay for it and Priceline would do not even thought it was there error and problem. After 1.5 hours I gave up. My experience was horrible. Do not use priceline they rip customer off.
