My spouse and that I remained as of this resort on July 28 for 1 night. I required a smoking space upon check in and also the desk worker stated it had been so.

After I got house 24 hours later, I'd a note on my telephone they were getting my card $175 for smoking in a low-smoking area. My spouse experimented with contact the supervisor, but never can. She subsequently approached the organization workplace plus they guaranteed us there could be NO costs.

On January 1, I examined my bank stability and you know what? They billed my card $175 on December 31! My spouse named the resort and spoke towards the desk worker who had been really rude to her and informed her there could be no reimbursement. While my spouse requested to keep in touch with the supervisor, she was informed he was out and in and never there in a collection period. I doubt the concept is likely to be relayed.

I've approached the Greater Business Bureau of New Mexico and created a criticism. We will have what goes on from below.

I'd not suggest this resort to anybody traveling through Albuquerque. I'd hate to determine other people get scammed.
