Priceline is a rip off. They charged me $19 cancellation fee because their website was confusing. I asked for a minivan and somehow after I confirmed, I got a compact car. I tried to negotiate saying that, on principal, they should waive the $19 but they won't budge. As a result, I am writing this and would NEVER recommend priceline to anyone!

DON'T USE PRICELINE.com EVER, PLEASE save the hassle and your money and time and frustration. It's a scam.
