Tropical Grand Vacati0ns
Breech of Contract/mislead

Traveling & Tourism

Exotic Grand Vacations called me from the orange on 22nd September providing me a vacation in California at four places for £498 legitimate for approximately four individuals. It wasn't till I obtained files from their store on 6th March that I realized the vacation was for hotel only. On 13th and 17th Oct Oct I recommended Tropocal Grand Vacations by e. Mail that I desired to stop the vacation and requested for my cash back. I also published on 17th Oct returning the files unsigned. I also called on 25th March when I hadn't seen from their website. I had been educated I really could not stop as thirty days had passed. This isn't so. Their conditions and terms claims that termination could be created within thirty days from day of purchase or bill of the holiday certification whatever happens the later. I had been unaware that anything have been obtained from my Banking Account till I obtained my regular declaration on 15th April. I've requested for my cash £498 to become repaid in my experience but have experienced no reaction. Can you help with this particular issue.
