Worst Experience in my life Stold my money House under construction for over 3 years took my money and has never been seen again

My house under went construction for 3 years and has yet to be finished. The contractor of the project took over one hundered and seventy thousand of my dollars and disappeared. Company did nothing to try to fix the situation, when I researched it, I found that Luis Curvelo has done this to at least ten other families. He has taken their life savings and used it for his personal life. He did this to me and my family after we were victims of Hurricane Wilma and had no where to go. He is now working under the CBC license: 125532, which belongs to his wife. Last time I spoke to him was November and his words to me were: " I have a license to steal, go to hell". This individual should NEVER be trusted with money and I can only hope that what he has done to so many families comes back to him ten times over. He is a theif of the worst kind, spread the word.
