False advertising!

I created a reservation through Hotels.com for 2 areas one-night. The web site claims if you discover a cheaper price within xxx quantity of times they'd return you the distinction. I came across one straight through the resort which was nearly $50 cheaper. I adopted the guidelines on the site to obtain a credit to my charge card but never noticed a look from them. Never again hotels.com.
