Ripoff vacation package cancelled within hours, still not reimbursed FTB not returning calls

Purchased a vacation package on September 25. Spoke to Jahlema. Cancelled by phone within 2 hours. Spoke to Jahlema, Will Peterson and Dave Thomas (Manager) who all confirmed package was now cancelled and credit would follow within 2-3 days.

On September 30th, spoke to Dave Thomas then Will Peterson who assured me the cancellation would go through same day and he would call back in 1 hour to confirm. Have not heard from anyone.

I have left numerous messages since and have even received an e-mail confirming that I had complied with all cancellation requieries and that credit would follow.

Am still waiting.
