Ripoff, will not return calls to give information

I bought a vacation package to the Bahamas for my honeymoon. I've been trying to contact the company at 407-518-1800,1800-338-3138 and 407-518-5533 (these are #'s I was able to get for them) and left messages with individuals as well as the recording machine.

I've even faxed (# 407-518-5532) them letters requesting that they return my call because I have questions regarding the trip and have proof of the calls and faxes going through, but no responses.

I have tried this for the last 3-4 months and am extremely frustrated and upset. I thought $400 to the Bahamas for 2 was a deal, but it seems that the Florida Tourist Bureau (agent ID: Florida Enterprises) is a company that want to steal money from people. I really hope we can do something about this.
