Ripoff no one ever answered phone for two years

Hello,

I purchased the vacation package to CoCoa Beach, Orlando, and Bahamas in 2004. I am still trying to get ahold of someone at this tourist bureau. Have been trying to take vacation for past two years and have never been able to speak to someone to book. Finally just gave up and made other travel plans. There is always some sort of recorded greeting stating lines are busy or technical difficulties. Left too many messages to count and none have ever been returned. Purchased from a broker whose number is now disconencted. I want a refund for my $452.00, I am no longer interested in taking the vacation or having anything to do with Florida Tourist Bureau Inc. If anyone has had the same experience or has found someone to speak to with the agency or the brokers who sold the package PLEASE contact me, I would really appreciate it!
