Ripoff fraudulent service of vacation packages

I originally purchased a vacation package from an organization called Imperial Get Aways. I talked to a sales rep named Michelle who processed my order on Feb 15 gave me confirmation number, and phone number to the booking agent Florida Tourist Bureau. I then recieved my vacation package in the mail and faxed in my reservation request form to the Florida Tourist Bureau on March 23.

I have attempted to call the Florida Tourist Bureau Inc. Now for 2-3 days per week over the last 3 weeks and in some cases several phone calls per day. No one has ever returned my numerous messages and have only talked to a person named Janice who worked for the Welcome Center.

I would just like know if my vacation will be fulfilled as I stated on the reservation request form for April 15/16 as the vacation dates.

I would like a full refund of my $452 or for my vacation package to be fulfilled.

I believe more people are experiencing the same scam.
