This was the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. I called travelocity to ask a simple question about a flight I was about to book online and was tricked into purchasing it on the phone for $30 more by a rude man I could barely understand. I then never received a confirmation email so I called the next day and was placed on hold for an hour and transferred 3 times. I decided I couldn't deal with this company so when someone finally answered (once again with a very very thick accent) I said I wanted to cancel my flight. He assured me I would be refunded full price, including the $30, and I clarified my email with him. I once again received no confirmation email so I emailed the company. They emailed back with confirmation, but told me the $30 "service" charge was non-refundable, even though I had just been told on the phone that it would be. I emailed them back explaining that on the phone I had been told I would get a FULL refund and never heard back.
