How to use staff ineffectively - a lesson from Cell C

With no texts or telephone calls, my 2-year mobile phone agreement found a finish in Feb without me understanding it - that's till I noticed the statement! Without my membership discount, my money sum was 4 times my typical cost. The strangest thing nevertheless, was that I had been provided an update 5 times AFTER my agreement ended!? Attempting to clarify my scenario was ineffective as my 4 emails and numerous calls all were left with someone else about the different aspect (I believe I am acquianted having a fraction of the team at Cell C today!). Therefore today, after times of awaiting verification of my telephone option and also the agreement specifics, the amount towards the advisor I Have been awaiting to obtain back again to me, simply stays engaged.
