On december 30th I requested a Motorola droid razr, for $149.00 and two-year agreement. I obtained the telephone on january 3rd, and may not interface my quantity over trigger the sim-card which was triggered and delivered to me was faulty, therefore Verizon requested easily might visit a nearby shop and obtain a brand new one, 24 hours later (january 11th) I visited an area verizon shop and also the repetition manning the table mentioned in my experience they would need to cost me $10 to get a new sim-card since I purchased the telephone else-where. Therefore today jan12th I named goal cell and reported concerning the problems I had been having and that I chose to return the telephone inside the 14-day grace time and never cope with the trouble anymore. I requested the repetition to inform Verizon that I'm returning the telephone which was never energetic. He mentioned in my experience that they can the moment they obtain the telephone back. I contact Verizon after I hung-up with goal mobile and Verizon mentioned in my experience that they'll finish something till they notice from goal cell, I hung-up with Verizon and phone goal mobile plus they assured me that they can return any costs in my experience after they get the telephone back. Jan20th I received a mail from goal cell declaring the total quantity was delivered to my charge card and also have a pleasant lifestyle. Not too quickly not I have to cope with Verizon since I simply got a statement for $205.97 within the email, Verizon believed to me the telephone number that not mine is the obligation and that I described the problem plus they explained that goal did contact them-and they ended the agreement, and so I owe Verizon $350 for closing the contract early and $205.97 = $555.97 Verizon representative ask how do you want to pay for? I increased to some boss plus they did accept renounce the $350 along with a part of the Verizon statement to owing just $102.99... Therefore to sum up I obtained a telephone which was lively on 30th of december, the telephone came to my house jan3rd I really could not trigger the telephone as a result of poor sim-card, delivered the telephone and that I still owe to get a statement from Verizon that I never applied. This statement ought to be goal statement not mine, I never got the opportunity to interface my amount over. This isn't right that Verizon got free cash from me. Please search elsewhere to get a telephone it isn't worth the frustration and also the lack of cash.
