I have been on my landline since 08:00 this morning, it is now 09:25 and still listening to music

I obtained a brand new telephone on agreement on 03-11. I've named 084 145/7 the entire of Friday simply to pay attention to audio! Additionally delivered 2 emails to customer support - NO RESPONSE! I got the telephone to Cell D in Entrance on Sunday to determine when they might aid me. No luch when I was informed used to do not buy the telephone from their store! I've been on my home since 08:00 today, it's today 09:25 but still hearing audio! To be honest may Cell D deliver their couriers again to gather the telephone as my agreement barely began, nor get ANY SERVICE FROM THEIR WEBSITE!
