Failure to Honor a Binding Agreement! Suit Action

*read this!!! Great information below!

ESSENTIAL READ FOR EXERCISE US! POOR REVIEW This is actually my first unfavorable overview of a company and that I am really dissatisfied within the support I've obtained out of this organization. After spending 1400 bucks and hardly actually going there; they're attempting to toss my agreement within the garbage and inform me it's around.

*I simply called Exercise USis corporate workplace nowadays, about my account they had for whatever reason ENDED

I tried to comfortably describe my scenario the towards the woman (NIKKI) and he or she instantly got really rude with me (it had been truly troubling) and really wound up... Holding up the telephone on me! I had been simply looking to get details about the backup of my contract I'd formerly submitted having a notice (As US desired to "review" my agreement). Exercise read my deal incorrect and ended my account despite the fact that I created the right cost per my Authorized contract. For whatever reason Exercise isn't praising my agreement I closed together years back. The agreement IS JUST A BINDING CONTRACT IT'S REGULATIONS, but I suppose they do not care! I have settled these folks over $1300 and am designed to just spend a restoration of 13 bucks each year to become compensated regular

*I imagine EXERCISE US didnot recognize what my agreement claims, nicely I did! And that is the only real cause I CLOSED it! Our agreement claims that I today must just spend $13 bucks each year and There not really allowing me within the DOOR!

I made my last cost in September plus they ended my account in November, since that time I Have been patiently attempting to solve this together.

*I've made preparations to consult with my attorney in a few days and certainly will certainly be seeking the problem to it is highest degree, I work difficult for my cash so that as a I cannot allow these men overcome on me *
