Poor service, dropped calls

I bought At-cell phone and, obviously, both year agreement. I asked for that insurance also. 3 nights later, my telephone slipped out-of my briefcase, right into a mess and not worked again. I visited the T Mobile shop in Ocoee and was informed that there is no insurance and that I would want buy a new telephone, at total retail. I had been very annoyed but, I did so. Our telephone hasn't gotten acceptable support, plenty of fallen calls, sprained calls etc. I've named client service 3 times. Without any reaction, I visited the Ocoee staore again, plus they place in a brand new simcard. New morning, same issue. They're informing me that to be able to get free from this ineffective agreement, it'll charge me $200.00 since I have have just experienced this contract for just one year. His is extremely one-sided. Think about client privileges. Avoid t mobile.
