I purchased A-G-1 smartphone for my child in a T Mobile Shop. She liked the telephone as well as their support was good. After about couple of years, the telephone quit functioning. All she might do was deliver & obtain texts. I went right into a regional T Mobile shop to obtain an update, but right now I had been off contract and truly did not need another agreement. I'd did it however they desired to cost me $400 for that telephone. We were on the month-to-month, and so I visited another service supplier, got an excellent improved telephone in a fantastic cost and began support. I kept receiving calls from T Mobile saying they'd switched off my telephone support. Good, the telephone was not working anyhow and that I settled them through the month. They stated I owed them more since I did not officially stop. Okay. I paid-for another half month that will be the things they 'stated' I owed them. Could not be, but simply to eliminate them and never contain it on my credit I settled them. Subsequently, once they published that cost they delivered another statement! For $300. No-one can provide mean answer regarding what sort of $79 monthly (pay-as you-go statement) can mechanism to over $300. No agreement termination charge (we'd been off that for six months). Telephone switched off (they switched it down) AND inoperable. What're the costs for? No body understands. They just understand they need me to deliver more $.
