Worst service eve

The corporation has got the toughest customer support and mess I've ever seen. I requested a diving carrier from there, they stated we would have it by Jan 9. That arrived and went, no update on the site, no conversation regarding the wait. After I named they attributed the produce, stated it'd appear by Jan 16 today. January 16 I contact, they declare it is the producer again and wont appear their area till January 23.

This case was for my boy who's in La on Christmas break from college in Northern Calif.

The purchase was to become sent to my house where he's remaining for Christmas, I kept informing them he leaves January 23 back again to university.

On Jan 16 after I named and discovered the wait again I requested them about the 23rd to subsequently deliver it to his university dorm as he will not be in La anymore.

That night we get a contact stating it DELIVERED and certainly will appear up north on January 20TH? NOBODY WILL BE THERE THEN.

I call to obtain it mounted, the man informs me he cannot do something about this. I clarify nobody is likely to be on-campus to get it. He claims he cannot do something about this.

These men can't-get their details directly, do not talk towards the client when guarantees are not fulfilled, and WOn't consider the smallest little bit of obligation to fix their errors.

I'll never store there again and recommend the remainder of you realize their gross mess before you look there yourself.
