Icemaker broken

He was sent to support my Whirlpool icemaker on 11/24/09. He arrived, looked over it and stated "Yes, it is damaged. You will need a substitute. I will often have accessories in my own vehicle, but I applied the final one today. I will need to return". He did not say when, but we thought he'd them at his store and he'd be back the following week. We never heard from him. Two wks later I named the Maytag Service Agreement organization plus they offered me his amount to contact. After I named him and requested when he'd be out to complete the fix, he responded, "Oh, January". He then stated he did not remember who I had been and so I stuffed him in about the component we were awaiting. He explained it had been sold-out and he'd be back the moment he got the component. He never named to update me. On 12/11/09 I named him and he explained the W/E ought to be in on 12/15 and he'd be out by 12/17. He never named. On 12-29 we named and quit a msg, but he never delivered the phone call. On 1/4/10 I called the Maytag Service Dispatch again and they contacted him. He explained the component is in and he'd be on 1/5. He never named. On 1/7 I named Maytag again plus they again named Ernie. Then he stated he simply got within the Influenza and simply returned to function that day-so he'd be out 24 hours later to support it. Never seen from him. I eventually named Maytag again on 1/12 and after calling Ernie, he mentioned for them the incorrect component was delivered to him so he'd need to purchase another. They ended the phone call and therefore are today sending A&E Factory Support for Thur 1/14. That needs to be fascinating since I have only examined the web and discovered there has been lots of issues about them. I don't believe I'm going to be purchasing any Whirlpool or Maytag devices later on.
