In middle-November I bought a Kitchenaid Stove/Stove, a Kitchenaid Wine Chiller along with a Jenn Air cooktop…over $5,000 in acquisitions. The stove was mounted before Christmas. Since that time, the next has occurred:

Just Before installment, dimensions were created a stainless place to load a niche left from the prior stove. Once the stove was mounted the next week, they suggested another team might do the installation.in early January, I named concerning the standing of the component. The response was “we haven't report of this component being required”’. Per week later (middle-Jan) a specialist arrived by (same was one that did the first dimensions) and created exactly the same dimension again; by today (5 February) I've not noticed back regarding this component or it’s estimated installment

It gets worse…

On 2 Jan 09, our completely new over quit heat. I named Bray & Scarff the next evening confirming the issue. A specialist was sent the next week to examine the stove. Within 5 seconds of checking the stove, he documented, “it’s a lost transformer”. He explained he'd spot the component on purchase which it'd be about 10 times to get it. After 10 times, no body from Bray & Scarff approached me. I named on 22 January and was informed “it’s a two-man work and we’ll be on 29 Jan”. On 29 Jan, I obtained a speech concept they couldn't come out until 3 Feb. I named on 30 January and was informed a two-man group could be out on 4 Feb. On 4 February a-team arrived on the scene, ripped out the stove and documented “a new transformer was needed”. I named Bray & Scarff and indicated discontent with all the support. The ladies I talked with, rudely explained “I don’t possess the solution and you’re simply likely to need to wait”. After I was requested to consult with a boss, I had been informed, again rudely, “I have two and they’re equally about the phone.” I requested to get a return phone. None was obtained. On 5 Feb (about 1:30 pm) I named using the same issue. I again was informed “we don’t possess the solution and we’ll need to contact you back”. I called back at 2:00 and offered exactly the same tale which I needed a boss to contact me back. At4:40 pm, somebody named my house amount (I'd provided my mobile phone to phone) and quit a note to call back. I intend on calling back tomorrow.

In my own life, I've handled my fair-share of bad customer support and mess. Your business has gained the honor to get a new lower in client satisfaction. I'll be calling the Greater Business Office tomorrow, followed closely by a lawyer for violation of agreement.
