When canceling my membership last month, I specifically asked the girl at the counter if I would be charged again. She said... Nope, no more charges will be posted to your bank account. I asked her again. You are sure I wont be charged? She said, no you already paid your last months fees. So I went on my marry way. Well, come to find out, this month I WAS in fact charged AGAIN. I clarified with this brainless girl twice. Oh no you wont be charged. BULL!

So I call the gym and get a super nice guy. Well, he was nice for the first 5 minutes. I explain to him the situation. Completely expecting him to reimburse me for HIS employees mistake. No. He went on and on and on about the agreement I signed TWO years ago. I explained to him that's all fine and well, but my issue is with YOUR employee. I fully expect to be reimbursed the money that I was told would NOT be taken from MY bank account. He got very testy with me.By this point, I pretty much had it with him. I asked him for the corporate number.

After sitting on hold for over 20 minutes *phones must have been jammed with people having my same problem, i assumed* I got a very nice girl on the phone. I tell her my situation and she was very sweet. She transferred me to her "senior manager". He too was nice, at first. I explained again the situation. He started to quote me the same speech the guy at the gym spewed at me.

I said. Sir, my problem is not with the agreement. My issue is with YOUR employee who told me on two occasions in the same 10 minutes, that I would absolutely NOT be charged further. I fully expect a reimbursement. He said "mam, I am sorry that that happened. But I will not be giving you a reimbursement." I then told him that 24 hour fitness is run by crooks. That they stole from me. And I have every intention of picketing in front of my local 24 hour fitness, as well as posting on EVERY health msg board I can find.

A company that does not properly train their employees and then does not take responsibility for that incompetent individual is a company no one should do business with. I hate the fact that "The Biggest Loser" is partners with these criminals. Personally, for me, has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you cancel your 24 hour fitness membership and join. They have never stolen from me. Thank you for reading this. I hope you pass it on to everyone you know.
