First, I requested my "test offer" for $5.95 on January 10 and was subsequently informed the merchandise could be at my house Jan 15.inCORRECT! Never received the merchandise until January 20. Five times had been up. I named the organization on January 21 to stop my purchase. Talked with customer support representative "Von". Advised her that I needed the purchase terminated and nothing otherwise billed or charged to my bank card. Additionally requested the repetition easily sould delivered the test test back. She mentioned "no" because of the proven fact that I settled the $5.95 shipping charge. The repetition delivered me a contact and documented that my accout was terminated. Pressured to her that "used to do not need every other funds removed from my bill". The repetition reassured me that nothing else is likely to be charged to my bill. Meanwhile, my funds were still on-hold. On January 30, I obtain a phone from my lender that $87.13 was obtained from my bill.

Attempted many times to get hold of the corporation with no you could appear to assist me. Number of the representatives spoke English. Very difficult to comprehend. When requested to talk to a supervior, she was on another phone. The main one representative explained that used to do not stop my purchase within the 15-day "test period.
