I requested chair covers for my boy-in lawis new vehicle... E-mail verification stated they'd be delivered Dec 23rd. I realized I'dnot obtain them over time for Holiday, but thought they'd appear right after. It's today January fifth and there's no indication of the chair covers. Luckily they've not billed my charge card. I named December 28th and was informed the chair covers were arriving straight in the producer and also the JCW might e-mail them-and I would like to understand. Nothing happened. Well, okay, perhaps the maker is shut the week between Holiday and New Years. Therefore, I named on Jan 3rd. They explained they'd deliver a contact towards the producer. I noticed that they'd stated the same per week earlier and recommended they TELEPHONE the maker. I had been advised I'd get a response that day. Never occurred. I called twice on Jan 4th. The 2nd telephone call was amusing... They small lady in customer support described the issue was the producer was "method far-away in Florida". I told her that there's, actually, telephone support to Florida, and described that I had been talking with her from method far-away in Boston. Therefore, nowadays, January 5th, I named again and had an extremely sensible individual who described that could be looked after the moment possible. I simply browse the e-mail they delivered me in reaction... You know what... They delivered a contact towards the producer!

DoN't purchase out of this organization, this really is only a large run around!
