Over charged my bank, lyed and decieved me, charged me even when no service, all within four months

Dish networks power back broke on the box within a month. They told me I would havee to wait two weeks for a new box, after calling six times for five hours over three days, the next day I got a box so they were lying the entire times and could have had the tech bring the box. Went four days without service yet paid for it. Next problem dish over charged my bank account causeing over draft fee. The service sucks goes out all the times. The customer service reps are the worse and are trained to lie and decieve. Dish has taken away my two favor channels amc and btn and well not allowed me to terminate my service without a 379 fee.
