Dish Network
Contract said 30 day warrenty. Canceled after 7 days. Now charging us $218.00 on Credit card. Says it was a Promontional thing, and yet STILL using old contracts to sign up customers! We are stuck according to Dish and THEY DO NOT CARE!

We ordered Dish Network. They installed it on May 1. We called and cancelled on May 7th.
We were told to send back all components when we received the Box from Dish. After 10 days we had to "ask" for the Box again.

They charged my Credit card $49.99 activation fee, and 2 days after cancelling the Service, charged us an additional $168.32... For 7 days of service!!!
Our contract states we have 30 days to cancell and there would be no charges. Dish Network says the Promotion was over the end of Jan. 2007

Why then are they still using "outdated" contracts leading the customer to think he can cancel before 30 days???

Anyone getting Dish is going to be charged on their Credit card... Do not get it over the Internet.
