Didn't make flowers for my wedding

Designs2Impress is just a business coping with blossoms purchase. I approached them-and spoke using the lady (who owns the organization). She informed that she operates in the home therefore the costs are extremely nice… I requested plants for $300 for my wedding so when I named her per week prior to the wedding she didn’t solution.
