I have a complaint with Dish Network,
I got my service 3-1-11 and I understand that that my service is pre-pay, but my problem is that I am on an fixed income and my income comes at the first of the month, and my Dish bill is due at the 28th or 29th of the month. So because of this my service gets cut off until the first of the month, at that point I pay the bill and it gets cut back on. I have been doing this with Dish for two months in a row, and each time I have to call to see if something can be done, but they tell me the same thing "nothing can be done". I was told when I first got Dish started that my bill would come on the first, and I thought everything would be fine I would be able to pay my bill on time (but it's not working out like that) I like my Dish service very much, but I have to wonder about keeping it because I don't feel that it is fair that I have to go through this every month to keep my service, I might as well go back to cable cause I did not have this problem with them.
