Rain Outages, Missing Channels and Three Technician Visits

Service cuts out when it rains, channels that I paid for were not available a lot of the times therefore I'd have to set on hold to have it fixed! Technician had to come out 3 times before problem was solved! Rude customer service agent named David!!!
